Megan Alfano

Megan Alfano is the founder of Alfano Firm.
Alfano firm houses Alfano Probate and Estate Planning and Support on the Spectrum. Support on the Spectrum is a non-profit providing free autism and special needs resources to families in need!
Megan was born and raised in the Kansas City area. She graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a Bachelor's in Criminology. She then attended law school there and graduated at the top of her law school class.
Megan's career began in the fields of criminal and family law. Early in her career, she helped establish a non-profit organization aimed at assisting low-income families with guardianships and family planning—a cause that has always been close to her heart. Later, she established Alfano Probate and Estate Planning and Support on the Spectrum.
In 2020, after the loss of family members and the birth of her son, her professional focus shifted in a more profound direction toward probate and estate planning with a heavy emphasis on special needs planning.
Megan is the chair of the probate and estate planning committee of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association.
Our firm has been recognized as the top estate planning and elder law firm in Kansas City two years in a row by voters in the area!
Andria Bryant
Estate Planning Specialist
Andria Bryant is the Estate Planning Specialist. She works with our clients on estate planning matter.
Andria graduated from Northwest Missouri State University and lives in the Kansas City area with her husband and three daughters, along with two cats.
Andria has extensive personal and professional experience with special needs planning and guardianships.
Samantha King
Probate Specialist
Samantha is our Probate Specialist handling all probate matters including asset inventories and accounting.
Samantha has an MBA and provides her expertise to all probate matters.
